| Bio: | I'm a former theater nerd who grew up to be a middle aged happily married monogamous domestic goddess, doll crafter, fiber artist and witchy kind of pagan. I'm married to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} r_hughes. I'm a cancer survivor and am living with fibromyalgia. I'm menopausal, often hormotional and will be dealing with Bipolar Disorder for the rest of my life. Everyone deals with chemical imbalance in her own way; I deal with it using prescribed medications and by writing about it here. Having a chemical imbalance does not make a person crazy, lazy, or stupid. It does not give her an excuse to act out, nor does it give the people around her an excuse to dismiss what she has to say, or to lecture her about how she should be treating her illness.
